If the pad has wings, peel their stickers and wrap the wings around the sides of the underwear. Wear your underwear normally and adjust for comfort. Change the pad every 4 6 hours (or more often if needed). Wrap the used pad in paper or the wrapper and throw it in a bin do not flush. Wash your hands again after disposal.
