விண்ணப்பம் : Wash your hands before opening the pad. Remove the pad from the wrapper. Peel off the adhesive strip on the back. Stick the pad to the inside of your underwear (center it properly). If the pad has wings, peel their stickers and wrap the wings around the sides of the underwear. Wear your underwear normally and adjust for comfort. Change the pad every 4 6 hours (or more often if needed). Wrap the used pad in paper or the wrapper and throw it in a bin do not flush. Wash your hands again after disposal.
