Application : Wash your hands before and after use. Remove the pad from the wrapper. Peel off the adhesive strip and stick the pad onto your underwear. Use wings (if available) to secure the pad in place. Change the pad every 4 6 hours or whenever it becomes full. Wrap the used pad in paper and dispose of it in a dustbin (do not flush).
